This solved my big problem

Hello.DVDshrink runs very slow, sometimes freezes - DVDshrink has never done this before, until recently it started doing this for no apparent reason. For all I know, there were no hardware or software changes made by me, possibly someone else in the house but I doubt it. When trying to use the software to encrypt the DVD, it works at the 'normal' speed until about up to 60% completed, and the time for the task to be completed increases and takes FOREVER to finish, and sometimes it freezes the whole system up all together. Why is it running so slow and how can I correct this problem???
